Presentation
Each team makes an oral presentation in English before a panel of judges comprising no fewer than three representatives from the business community, HSE Alumni members and the faculty. It is each team's responsibility to specify the roles, which they and the judges assume during their presentation. Teams are expected to define the roles, which they view as most appropriate to the case (for example, consultants and the board of directors). Each team member must present orally during the presentation.

Time for presentations

  • First Round and Semi Finals: 20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A session

  • Final round: 20 minutes + 15 minutes Q&A session

The Jury have ten (10) minutes for evaluation after Q&A session and the next team will begin immediately following that. The Jury’s feedback to the team will follow after the last team in the division has presented and judges had time to evaluate its performance. Please, refer to the schedules for the detailed timing.

During each presentation, the judge moderator for the contest will show notification signs to the team when five (5) minutes and one (1) minute remain. When time for presentation is up, the judge moderator will end the presentation whether the team has finished or not.

Presentation order is determined randomly prior to the Case Competition. Teams can watch other teams’ presentations only after they presented themselves.

Jury
The Jury is selected from the business community, HSE Alumni members and/or the HSE faculty by the organizers of the Competition. Each judging panel normally consists of three judges.
